Detectives from the Director of Criminal Investigations have confirmed that the late Jeff Mwathi did not commit suicide as earlier alleged.
The DCI completed the first phase of investigation today and revealed that the 23 year old interior designer was killed.
According to a report by Citizen TV, evidence collected by the detective showed that the 23-year-old was killed in the house before being thrown from the rooftop of the house where DJ Fatxo resides.
According to the preliminary report by the DCI detectives, there was a scuffle in DJ Fatxo's house with clear signs of a struggle which indicates possibility of a fight before Jeff's Death
Jeff was earlier reported to have jumped from the 10th floor of DJ Fatxo's apartment in Kasarani.
The DCI took over the investigations from Kasarani police station after interior CS Kithure Kindiki ordered thorough investigations into the matter.
Phase two of Jeff's Death Investigations will involve interrogations of witnesses at the DCI offices.
