After Casa Vera Lounge was fined ksh.1.85M for taking a photo of revelers partying in Club without consent.
Various Clubs have now put a Notice informing customers they will be taking photos
Cavalli poster shows they really care about their customers look at the poster below

Gachambi Nderitu: Just look at the difference between Quiver and Cavalli. Quiver thinks they're a studio and people go there to be taken photos/videos

With that statement even if someone does sue it will be difficult for them to win the case.
